Product overview
The Winding Machine is an auxiliary unit used to trim edges, count length and coil nonwoven fabric into rolls at the end of the production line.
As the finishing step, it turns the continuous web into neat finished rolls, each wound to a set length, ready for packing, storage and delivery. A friction-type electronic counter gives accurate, reliable length measurement, while the winding roller, a seamless steel pipe surfaced with rough rubber, produces tight, even and stable rolls. The machine offers a 2000~10500mm working width, a working speed of ≤15m/min and a power rating of 1.5~4kw.
