Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
Spunlace line built on a reverse pre-wet 'three-roller + platform' structure for strong fibre entangling and excellent fabric surface quality.
The spunlace machine is the core unit of a hydroentanglement nonwoven line, used to bond loose fiber webs into finished fabric without any adhesive or heat.
It produces soft, strong and clean spunlace nonwoven through hydroentanglement: rows of high-pressure water jets fire through the fiber web and entangle the fibers tightly together. The machine uses a reverse pre-wet 'three-roller + platform' structure, and its three-turn drum can be built from nickel mesh or stainless steel mesh, the two nets being exchangeable according to the process for strong reflection force and a powerful tangling effect. It is available in 2500mm, 3000mm and 3600mm widths with a mechanical speed of up to 120m/min to suit different production scales.
Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Zhentai distributor in Vietnam. We advise on the right machine width and configuration for your product range, and support installation, commissioning and full warranty.
It uses a reverse pre-wet 'three-roller + platform' structure, with three rotating drums fitted with nickel or stainless-steel mesh that generate strong reflection force for effective fiber entangling and a good fabric surface.
It comes in three widths — 2500mm, 3000mm or 3600mm — with a mechanical speed of up to 120 m/min.
Both mesh types can be swapped flexibly according to the process and production requirements, letting you choose the mesh best suited to a given product.
Yes, a complete spunlace line also needs a water-treatment system (high-pressure water supply) and a water-jet head — Vina Nonwoven supplies these as part of a matched line.
