The Leftover Material Opening Machine is an auxiliary unit used to open up and recover the leftover material and selvage trimmed off during nonwoven production so it can be recycled.
The waste is torn back into loose, clean fibre that can be fed back into the blend, cutting material loss and saving cost. High-quality piano-spring feeding keeps the fibre flow steady, while a stainless-steel under-screen and a blower convey the opened fibre out for tidy collection.
