The Stiff Waddings Drying Machine is a drying and shaping unit used to produce stiff (hard) waddings for bedding, furniture and high-quality mattresses in a nonwoven production line.
The wadding is carried through the chamber to dry, press into shape and hold a consistent stiffness in the finished product. A double-layer Teflon-coated chain board with an independently lifting upper layer lets you set the thickness, while two high-pressure circulation blowers and a strong insulation system give even shaping with low energy use. It offers a 2600~3800mm width, a chamber length of 4800~6000mm, heating by circulated hot oil or direct burning, and a working speed of ≤15m/min.
