Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
Feeds low-weight, fleecy fiber webs into the pre-needle loom.
The pony roll feeding machine is a feeding unit in a needle-punch nonwoven line, used to deliver fiber webs into the pre-needle loom.
It is suited to low-weight, fleecy fiber webs, making it a good match for thin, light products. Its thumb-type pony-roll clamping mechanism keeps the web even and stable throughout feeding, while the movable framework makes cleaning and maintenance easy. The machine comes in widths of 2000~10500mm, handles web weights up to ≤600g/m², and draws 1.5~4kw.
Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Zhentai distributor in Vietnam. We advise on the right machine width and configuration for your needle-punch line and support installation, commissioning and warranty.
It's built to feed low-weight, fleecy fiber webs (up to ≤600g/m²) into the pre-needle loom, using a thumb-type pony-roll clamping mechanism.
The pony-roll clamping mechanism holds the web evenly and stably during feeding, suited to thin, low-weight webs without tearing or shifting them.
Machine width runs 2000~10500mm with 1.5~4 kW motor power — the same width range as the batt feeder but intended for lighter web weights.
For light webs (up to 600g/m²) this pony-roll feeder is the right choice; for heavier webs (up to 2500g/m²) you'd need the clamping-apron batt feeder — Vina Nonwoven can advise on the right unit for each stage.
