Overview

Product overview

A pattern needle loom is a needle-punching machine used to create multi-colour designs on nonwoven substrates on a needle-punch production line.

It specialises in pattern carpet and rib carpet, widely used in automotive, exhibition, hotel and housing applications. Its defining feature is a double-shaft drive: the main shaft moves the needle beam up and down in a straight line at high speed, while the ancillary shaft controls needle depth and gap to build the design. A very high needle density of 16000n/m and a 60mm needle stroke give crisp patterns, while a working width of 2400–5600mm and a 1000 punches/min frequency support industrial production.

Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Zhentai representative in Vietnam: we help you choose the right width and needle density for your product, with local installation, maintenance and warranty.

Q & A

Frequently asked questions

What is the pattern needle loom used for?

It creates multi-color designs on nonwoven substrates to make pattern and rib carpets, widely used in automotive, exhibition, hotel and housing applications.

How high is the needle density compared with other needle looms?

Needle density reaches up to 16000n/m, well above regular needle-loom lines (3000~8300n/m), suited to creating detailed patterns on the fabric.

How does the drive mechanism work to create precise patterns?

It uses a double-shaft drive — the main shaft moves the needle beam up and down in a straight line at high speed, while the ancillary shaft controls needle depth and gap for precise pattern formation.

What is the maximum machine width and needle stroke?

Machine width is 2400~5600mm, needle stroke 60mm, and needle frequency 1000s/min.

How can I get consultation and a quote for the pattern needle loom from Vina Nonwoven?
