Product overview
The Ironing Machine is a surface-finishing unit used to smooth and add a glossy, even finish to spray-bonded waddings and glue-free waddings in a nonwoven production line.
At the finishing end of the line, it passes the wadding through the gap between two heated rollers to give a flat, even and glossy surface before winding. A stainless-steel heating roller with a non-stick Teflon coating, an adjustable roller gap and a safety stop switch let the operator match the pressure to each product and keep operation smooth and safe. The machine offers a 1800~3800mm working width, a roller surface temperature of ≤220℃ and a working speed of ≤15m/min.
