Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
High-speed holding-type cross lapping with servo control — for needle-punch, spunlace and thermal-bonding at higher throughput.
The Type II high-speed cross lapper is a web-forming unit that uses a holding-type mechanism to lay the carded web into a batt at high speed within a nonwoven production line. It suits high-throughput needle-punch, spunlace and thermal-bonding processes.
The holding-type mechanism keeps laying stable at speed; the infeed apron is anti-static carbon driven by a light belt roller, and full servo-motor control with a reliable automatic edge-positioning system keeps the web edges even and accurate. The unit takes an input apron of 2800~3500mm and delivers an output apron of 3500~7500mm, at a spreading speed of ≤60m/min and power of 6.7~15.9kw.

It lays the carded fiber web into overlapping layers at high speed using a holding-type mechanism, feeding needle-punch, spunlace and thermal-bonding lines.
Spreading speed reaches up to 60 m/min, with an input apron width of 2800~3500mm and output apron width of 3500~7500mm depending on the configuration ordered.
It runs on full servo-motor control paired with a reliable automatic edge-positioning system, keeping the web edges even throughout the lapping process.
Power draw ranges from 6.7 to 15.9 kW depending on the machine width and configuration; Vina Nonwoven's team will advise the exact figure for your line requirements.
