Product overview
The acoustic vibration feeder is a batt-feeding machine in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to form fine-opened, blended fiber into an even batt and feed it continuously to the carding machine.
It controls bin pressure on-line with high accuracy, combined with an adjustable vibration plate that vibrates quantitatively to hold the fiber output steady — the foundation for consistent web quality in the stages downstream. Four widths are available, 1300mm, 1600mm, 2000mm and 2200mm, with capacities of 30–500 kg/h.
