Product overview
The vibration feeder is a batt-feeding machine in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to form opened, blended fiber into an even batt and feed it continuously to the next stage.
Its storage chamber has an adjustable volume and vibrates quantitatively for a steady feed; the spiked beater carries tangling-proof devices at both ends, while a vented screen and a shaking roller clip release the batt both evenly and cleanly. Compared with the air-pressure model, this version relies more on the storage chamber and mechanical shaking. Four widths are available, 1300mm, 1600mm, 2000mm and 2200mm, with capacities of 30–500 kg/h.
