Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
Hot rolling calender for finishing artificial/synthetic leather substrate and filter media, with a heat-resistant alloy steel roller and a hard chrome-plated surface.
The Hot Rolling Calender is a heated-calendering unit used to finish the surface of artificial and synthetic leather substrate and filter media in a nonwoven production line.
The material is pressed through the gap between two heated rollers to compact, smooth and stabilise its surface, improving the strength and consistency of the finished product. A heat-resistant alloy-steel roller with a hard chrome-plated surface, an adjustable roller gap and a safety stop switch ensure durable, consistent calendering quality. The machine offers a 1800~3800mm working width, a roller surface temperature of ≤220℃ and a working speed of ≤15m/min.

It is used for the hot-rolling finishing of artificial/synthetic leather substrate and filter media, giving the fabric surface a smooth, even and stable finish before it becomes a finished product.
The machine width ranges from 1800~3800mm, depending on the configuration ordered.
The roller surface temperature is up to ≤220℃. The roller is made of heat-resistant alloy steel with a hard chrome-plated surface for good heat and wear resistance.
Yes. The gap between the two rollers is adjustable to control the calendering effect, and the machine is fitted with a safety stop switch for the operator.
