Product overview
A high-speed needle loom is a needle-punching machine used to reinforce and surface-finish high-density nonwoven fabric on a needle-punch production line. Thousands of barbed needles repeatedly penetrate the fibre web, mechanically bonding the fibre layers into a strong, cohesive fabric that forms the basis for geotextiles, industrial felt, backing fabric and carpet.
A vertically balanced needle-punching transmission on a stable framework keeps the machine steady at high frequency (800–1200 punches/min), while a large oil-tank main shaft with automatic lubrication and cooling ensures durability in continuous operation. Working widths of 2000–9200mm suit mid-size workshops through to full industrial lines.
