Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
The fabric accumulator temporarily stores a length of fabric between stages, letting the line keep running continuously through roll changes or speed differences without stopping.
The Fabric Storing rack (accumulator) is an auxiliary unit used to temporarily store a length of fabric between stages so a nonwoven production line can keep running without stopping.
It works as a buffer: when a roll is changed downstream or speeds differ, the upstream line keeps running steadily on the fabric held in reserve, and the stored length is released back into the line as the downstream stage catches up. This keeps fabric tension stable, reduces tearing and creasing, cuts downtime and helps raise the productivity and stability of the whole line.
Vina Nonwoven is the official Zhentai representative in Vietnam. We advise on the right accumulator layout for your line, with installation, commissioning, operator training and genuine warranty.
