Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
Feeds high-weight, fleecy fiber webs into the pre-needle loom.
The batt feeder (clamping-apron type) is a feeding unit in a needle-punch nonwoven line, used to deliver fiber webs into the pre-needle loom in a stable, even flow.
It is suited to high-weight, fleecy fiber webs, keeping the downstream needle-punching step fed continuously and evenly. The feeding apron is anti-static and patterned to hold the web steady in transit, while the movable framework makes cleaning and maintenance easy. The machine comes in widths of 2000~10500mm, handles web weights up to ≤2500g/m², and draws 1.5~4kw.
Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Zhentai distributor in Vietnam. We advise on the right machine width and configuration for your needle-punch line and support installation, commissioning and warranty.
