Yongxing PP fibre one-step production line
One-step polypropylene staple-fibre line from virgin PP chips — capacity 3,000–20,000 T/Y.
Complete line producing solid & hollow conjugated polyester staple fibre from recycled PET — capacity 3,000–50,000 T/Y.
The polyester solid/hollow conjugated staple fibre (PSF) production line is a complete line used to produce polyester staple fibre — both solid and hollow conjugated types — from PET/polyester waste and post-consumed PET bottles.
The finished fibre serves polyfill wadding, premium pillows, cushions and quilts, automotive non-woven carpet, spinning yarns and geotextiles, while hollow fibre in particular delivers superior bulk and resilience. The line has two parts: a spinning line (vacuum/crystallizing drying, extrusion, filtering, spin beam, quenching, winding, drafting and can-traversing) and a finishing line (creel stand, stretching, stacking and crimping, heat-setting and baling). The fibre reaches a tensile strength of 3.5–4.5 gm/Denier across 1.5–33 Den and cut lengths of 44–102mm as required, with a flexible capacity of 3,000–50,000 T/Y and a typical case being a 60 TPD line.

Spinning line + finishing line.
The polyester staple fibre is produced from recycled PET/polyester waste and post-consumer PET bottles, not virgin PET chips.
The line produces both solid fibre and hollow conjugate fibre; hollow fibre gives better resilience, making it suited to pillows, cushions and quilts that need loft and shape recovery.
The line's capacity ranges from 3,000 to 50,000 T/Y; a typical example is a 60 TPD (tonnes per day) line.
The fibre is used for cushions, pillows, quilts, toys, jackets, mattresses, automotive/speaker felts and non-woven carpet, polyfill wadding, geotextiles, filter fabrics and acoustic materials.
Pricing depends on the capacity and configuration chosen (for example, a 60 TPD line). Contact Vina Nonwoven via hotline or Zalo for consultation and a quote.
