Yongxing Polyester solid/hollow conjugated staple fibre (PSF) production line
Complete line producing solid & hollow conjugated polyester staple fibre from recycled PET — capacity 3,000–50,000 T/Y.
PET high-tenacity low-elongation (HT/LE) staple-fibre line from recycled PET — capacity 3,000–50,000 T/Y.
The PET high-tenacity low-elongation (HT/LE) fibre production line is a line used to produce polyester (PET) staple fibre with high tensile strength and low elongation, made from PET/polyester waste and recycled PET bottles.
What sets it apart from ordinary PSF is a tensile strength reaching ≥5.7 gm/Denier — markedly higher — together with a denier range extending down to 0.9 Den, suiting applications that demand strength and dimensional stability. Bottles are sorted, crushed into 12–15mm flakes, alkaline-washed, vacuum/crystallizing-dried, then extruded and spun into hollow or solid fibre. The line comprises a spinning line and a finishing line (two-stage drawing, crimping, heat-setting, cutting and baling), producing fibre with cut lengths of 44–102mm, elongation of 40–60% and 3–5 crimps per cm. Capacity is flexible, from 3,000 to 50,000 T/Y, with a typical case being a 60 TPD line.

Spinning line + finishing line.
The line spins high-tenacity, low-elongation PET staple fibre from PET/polyester waste and recycled PET bottles — bottles are sorted, crushed into 12–15mm flakes, alkaline-washed and dried before spinning.
Fibre can be produced in deniers of 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 3, 6, 10, 15, 18, 22, 25 and 33 Den, with cut lengths of 44, 51, 64, 76 or 102mm as per customer requirement.
Tensile strength is at least ≥5.7 gm/Denier and elongation is 40 to 60%, with 3 to 5 crimps per cm.
Capacity ranges from 3,000 to 50,000 T/Y; a typical example is a 60 TPD (tonnes-per-day) line.
Since the line configuration (capacity, fibre denier, accompanying equipment) depends on each plant's needs, please contact Vina Nonwoven via hotline or Zalo for consultation and a specific quote.
