Yongxing Polyester solid/hollow conjugated staple fibre (PSF) production line
Complete line producing solid & hollow conjugated polyester staple fibre from recycled PET — capacity 3,000–50,000 T/Y.
One-step polypropylene staple-fibre line from virgin PP chips — capacity 3,000–20,000 T/Y.
The PP fibre one-step production line is a line used to produce polypropylene (PP) staple fibre directly from virgin PP chips in a single, continuous melt-spinning step.
Unlike polyester, PP fibre has a low specific gravity, giving better relative coverage, high dimensional stability, excellent recovery, low thermal conductivity and chemical inertness; this makes it ideal for air and water filters, industrial fabrics, woven and non-woven carpets, upholstery, carpet backing and fibre-reinforced concrete. In the one-step process, molten isotactic PP is metered through spinnerets, air/water quenched, then taken directly to two-stage drawing, relaxing and crimping, cutting out a stage versus the two-step route. The fibre reaches a tensile strength above 3.5 gm/Denier and elongation above 70%, across a wide 1.5–70 Den range and cut lengths of 25–124mm, with a capacity of 3,000–20,000 T/Y and a typical case being a 20 TPD line.
Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Yongxing representative in Vietnam: we advise on line configuration and capacity, with local installation, commissioning, maintenance and warranty.
The line produces polypropylene (PP) staple fibre from virgin isotactic PP chips using a one-step melt-spinning process.
The PP fibre uses virgin PP chips in a one-step process (spinning and finishing combined), whereas the PSF line uses recycled PET and separates spinning from finishing; PP fibre also has lower specific gravity, good recovery and chemical inertness.
It is used for air and water filters, industrial fabrics, woven and non-woven carpets, upholstery, carpet backing, spinning yarns, geotextiles, automobile floor carpet, thermal-bonded fabrics, insulation and fiber-reinforced concrete (RCC/FRC).
The line's capacity ranges from 3,000 to 20,000 T/Y (typical example: a 20 TPD line); denier ranges from 1.5D to 70 Denier, cut length is 25, 32, 51, 64, 76, 102 or 124 mm per customer requirement, with tensile strength >3.5 gm/denier and elongation >70%.
