Product overview
The big chamber blender is a large-volume mixing-and-storage unit in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to blend pre-opened fiber evenly and keep the card line continuously fed.
Thanks to its large chamber, the machine buffers a generous amount of fiber and feeds steadily even when the line runs at high output. A rotary separator spreads the fiber evenly throughout the chamber, the interior is CNC-machined galvanized sheet with a smooth surface for clean fiber flow, and the beater is a spiked structure. Three chamber volumes are available, 20m³, 30m³ and 40m³.
