Product overview
The air pressure feeder is a batt-feeding machine in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to form an even batt by air pressure and feed it steadily to the web-forming stage or the carding machine.
It uses an upper- and lower-hopper structure with the internal fan driven by an inverter. The feeding roller follows the signal generated by autolevelling, combined with high-accuracy pressure checks on both hoppers and a pneumatic horizontal adjustment structure, so it forms a consistently even batt. Three widths are available, 2500mm, 3000mm and 3750mm, with capacities of 30–500 kg/h.
