Zhentai Pre-Opener
Pre-opens fiber bales at the head of the nonwoven line and feeds the next stage by fan — integrated cast frame, even feeding and a strong magnet that removes metal debris.
High-speed double carding of the batt to form an even web for the next stage — double-cylinder carding, a metal-proof feeding device and a patented dust-suction system.
The Type Ⅱ high-speed carding machine is a fiber-carding unit that opens and evenly distributes the batt into an even fiber web within a nonwoven line, placed after the feeding stage. Compared with the Type Ⅰ, the Type Ⅱ lifts throughput through a higher output speed while still keeping the mat even.
It cards the batt twice with double cylinders to hold the mat even at high speed; the feeding section adds a metal-proof device, a stainless under-screen and a pneumatic lifting safety shield, while a patented suction device recycles flying fiber to the dust bag to stay clean. The machine comes in 1850mm, 2000mm, 2300mm and 2500mm widths, with an output speed of ≤60m/min and power of 50~58.8kw.

Type Ⅱ uses the same double-cylinder carding structure as Type Ⅰ but runs at a higher output speed — up to ≤60m/min versus ≤45m/min for Type Ⅰ — suiting lines that need higher throughput.
Power ranges 50~58.8kw, available in widths of 1850mm, 2000mm, 2300mm and 2500mm.
Yes — the double-cylinder carding design keeps the mat even even when running at high output speed.
The feeding section has a metal-proof device, a stainless under-screen and a pneumatic lifting safety shield, plus a patented suction device that recycles flying fiber into the dust bag.
