Multitalent — Needle-Board Lift

The Multitalent is an intelligent needle-board lift used to remove, rotate, service and refit the needle boards of a needle loom in a nonwoven line.

Instead of several separate tools, the Multitalent brings the whole routine into one unit: the cart lifts a board out of the machine, the integrated rotation unit turns it under control, the service table on the cart lets the operator change and check needles on the spot, and programmable positioning returns the board to the exact position each machine needs. Ergonomic operation means almost every step can be done by one person, cutting physical strain and injury risk, and the compact design suits tight production areas. It handles boards up to 40 kg, up to 2,000 mm long, 250–380 mm wide and 9–16 mm thick, with a lifting height from 350 mm to 2,150 mm.
